The scawsby mill
The first external installation of The Perfect Serve®
The first pub beyond The Sun Inn.
Following two years of testing and development at The Sun Inn, The Scawsby Mill in Doncaster became the first pub beyond our business to put The Perfect Serve® to work behind its bar.
Managed by John Byford, who has over 30 years of experience running pubs, the system has been in daily use since the end of April, helping the team produce dry, streak-free glassware while removing the need for hand polishing.
“It’s a great piece of kit. It makes sure the glasses are dry quickly, and it has cut down the need to dry glasses by hand. An all-round great addition to the bar.”

TESTED IN THEIR BAR. CHOSEN FOR THEIR BAR.
Proven in service. Chosen for the bar.
Following a live trial at Jerome’s in Bridlington, The Perfect Serve® was purchased and retained for continued use behind the bar.
The installation demonstrates exactly what the trial process is designed to do: allow a venue to test the system during real service, with its own glassware, equipment and team, before making a decision.
hook and Parrot
Purchased following a live bar trial.
The Hook and Parrot in Bridlington trialled The Perfect Serve® in its working bar environment before choosing to retain the system as a permanent installation.
Used as part of the venue’s everyday glassware workflow, the system helps deliver dry, streak-free glasses straight from the tray while reducing the need for hand polishing.
