How The Perfect Serve Works
The Perfect Serve uses residual heat stored within freshly washed glassware, combined with controlled airflow, to rapidly remove moisture and condition glasses for service.
Step one
Freshly washed glasses retain residual heat from the glasswasher and are covered with a thin layer of moisture. Simply place the glasses onto the TPS tray immediately after washing, allowing this retained heat to become the driving force behind the conditioning process.
Step two
As air is drawn through the tray, fresh ambient air is continuously pulled into each heated glass and through the glassware. This continuous airflow rapidly removes warm, moisture-laden air and replaces it with drier ambient air, accelerating the conditioning process.
Step three
Within approximately 60 seconds, glasses are ready to return to service when demand is high. Whenever possible, we recommend leaving glasses on the TPS tray for a few minutes to achieve the best conditioning.
Step four
Whilst glasses are service-ready after around 60 seconds, allowing them to remain on the TPS tray for around five minutes delivers the optimum result. During this time, the glass cools to ambient temperature, whilst the airflow continues to condition the glass, leaving the glassware with a clean, polished finish for premium presentation.
